A friend of mine recently got married and, among all the lovely elements involved, one struck me as a really interesting gesture. She and her husband gave one another a new watch–a practical item, but it was with the romantic intent of reminding one another how precious is their time together in life. Being in need of a watch myself, I wanted to start looking for a watch online today and remembered that my friend said she had found her husband's watch on watchsea.com. I think I'm also going to take the perspective of their intent in giving one another watches to letting my new watch remind me of how precious time is in life, in general. Guess that could seem romantic but I think it's also practical to remember to really appreciate the value of time.
